[Shipping Returns] How do I ship my parcel for return/refund?

You can ship your return parcel, within 5 days from the approval of your return/refund request, through any of the following methods: Pick Up, Drop Off, or Self Arrange.


Pick up Method

You can easily book a pickup of your return parcel through the app and select the Pick Up option. Buyers can select their preferred pickup date and address, and SPX Express will handle the return.

Drop Off Method

You can return your parcel easily by dropping it off at any SPX Express or J&T Express Branch.

Self Arrange Method

You can Self Arrange the return shipment of your parcel using your chosen logistics provider. Returning via self arrange method will only be available to select orders unserviceable by Shopee’s Return Partners (SPX Express and J&T Express)

Since this option is Self Arranged, Shopee cannot track your shipment. You must provide shipment proof to Shopee for the return to be processed. Please work closely with your chosen logistics provider and submit the following documents in case of any disputes:

  • Official proof of shipment with information such as delivery service, receipt number, sender/recipient names, contact number, and shipping address.

  • Other evidence shows an agreement was reached (especially if the buyer is returning using a non-traceable mailing option).

  • Photos and/or videos showing the returned products and how it was packaged prior to shipment


⚠️ Note

If using door-to-door couriers/express delivery couriers (e.g., Grab Express, Lalamove) for returns, coordinate with the seller on their preferred shipping time, as some have limited hours. This ensures the seller can receive the item. Failed deliveries will be returned to the buyer. To avoid failed return deliveries, avoid sending return parcels via door-to-door couriers on Sundays as most sellers may not have operations.

 

For Self Arranged returns, the buyer will pay the Return Shipping Fee (RSF) upfront, but Shopee will reimburse it after the return is processed. Upload a photo of the parcel with the return label, proof of shipment, and the request ID to your Return/Refund Details page as proof. For more information, check how to track your return.

After your item is returned, Shopee or the seller has 2 days to respond to your return/refund request. You will be notified by push notification whether your request is approved or needs further review.


⚠️ Reminders

  • Buyers can update/change the shipping method after arranging the order for shipment, subject to the serviceability or availability of couriers in the preferred shipping option. This can only be done 1x within 5 days from the approval of your return/refund request. Buyers can change from the following:

    • Self Arrange to Drop Off (SPX Express or J&T Express) 

    • Self Arrange to Pick Up (SPX Express)

    • Drop Off (SPX Express or J&T Express) to Pick Up (SPX Express)

    • Drop Off (J&T Express) to  Drop Off (SPX) or Drop Off (SPX Express) to Drop Off (J&T Express)

    • Pick Up (SPX Express) to Pick Up (SPX Express) - Change pickup date and/or pickup address.

  • The seller/Shopee Warehouse team will check your returned products to ensure their conditions are satisfactory for return.

  • You can return the item to our Shopee Warehouse by selecting Self Arrange as a return shipping option. Please note that the Shopee Warehouse only accepts returns up to 3 PM resulting in the cancellation of your Return & Refund request.

  • Shopee Warehouse detail  in Calamba:

    • Receiver Name: Shopee Warehouse Returns Department (Dock 5)

    • Receiving Hours: 6 AM to 3 PM (Monday to Saturday ONLY)



Where do I ship my return parcel?

Ship your return parcel directly to the seller’s return address or Shopee Warehouse. Check the address provided in the Return Instructions when selecting Self Arrange Returns.


Make sure to ship your parcel within 5 days of request approval and upload proof of shipping (for Self Arrange returns) via the Shopee App.
